ChurchPulse is built for pastors, church staff, and church leadership teams. You must be authorized to submit your church's information and to enter into a paid subscription on your church's behalf.
ChurchPulse collects weekly ministry metrics you submit (attendance, giving, visitors, and similar figures) and turns them into a weekly report, dashboard, and — depending on your plan — additional tools like trend tracking, a momentum tracker, and AI-assisted coaching content based on your numbers.
ChurchPulse is offered on monthly subscription plans (currently Standard and Pro, at the prices shown on our pricing page). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and automatically renew each month until canceled. Prices may change with notice; continuing to use the Service after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing report@mychurchpulse.io. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period, and we don't provide prorated refunds for partial months. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we'll work it out with you directly.
You retain ownership of the ministry data you submit. We use it to generate your reports, dashboard, and coaching content, and to operate and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.
Some parts of your report and dashboard (including coaching suggestions and the Live Coaching chat feature) are generated with the help of AI, based on the numbers you submit. This content is meant to support your judgment as a leader, not replace it — it's directional guidance, not a guarantee of results, and it isn't a substitute for your own pastoral, financial, or professional judgment.
Please don't use ChurchPulse to submit false or fraudulent data, to attempt to access another church's account or data, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, or to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
We work to keep ChurchPulse reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. We're not liable for delays or outages caused by our third-party providers (such as our hosting, email, or payment providers) that are outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChurchPulse and Joel Matheny will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms? Email report@mychurchpulse.io.
